The W7 Invest company – Real Estate Investments, Lda. was sold to the Lusoproa group. The transaction, completed on the 13th of October, is the next logical step in the strategy for business development.
As it is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), the company was established at the time of the acquisition of land in Vilamoura, for the development of a residential condominium (Simple Vilamoura), by the atelier Saraiva e Associados.
The buyers were assisted by the office of Albuquerque & Almeida Advogados. W7 was, in turn, assisted by the office of Miguel Cardoso da Silva.
