OGER announces the appointment of William Mussungo as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of ME-REV – Melhor Estratégia Real Estate Valuations, the PropTech platform dedicated to real estate valuation scoring, certification and independent verification.
With an international academic background in Real Estate Finance and Investment (Oxford Brookes, LSE and Aston University) and solid professional experience in Angola and Portugal, William Mussungo has worked across mortgage valuations, investment fund valuations, portfolio assessments, public-sector mandates and strategic advisory. He also participated in the creation and structuring of SUUT – Real Estate Consultants, where he led technical teams and large-scale valuation projects.
At ME-REV, William will oversee operational coordination, methodological development, technology integration and the management of the valuation certification process, ensuring alignment with CMVM recommendations and international standards such as the RICS Red Book and the IVS.
His appointment strengthens OGER’s strategy to position ME-REV as a leading institutional platform, combining technical rigor, cloud-based technology and certified expertise to promote transparency, consistency and trust across the real estate sector.
