OGER has completed the sale of Centaurplanet SPV, the vehicle leading the Simple Oeiras premium residential development, designed in collaboration with architects José Martinez (Atelier Central).
The transaction, structured as a co-investment, began in 2021 and reached its strategic milestone with the approval of the Preliminary Information Request (PIP), enabling urban value creation and the optimized transfer of the asset.
This deal reinforces OGER’s ability to structure, reposition, and deliver value in high-quality residential development projects.
